I want to give a big shout out to Jenny and her fantastic customer service. I was stressed my floral tribute to my partner, Jack wasn't going to be delivered. Bless her she resolved for me by speaking to the florist and following up saying they had arrived. Thank You, Jenny!

Jackie and Karen provided excellent customer service and their expertise from buying the funeral plan to eventually then arranging the event itself was fantastic. The way Jackie was able to find a date that suited the family, the Funeral Director, the Celebrant, and the bag-piper so smoothly was particularly impressive. From the time of our first meeting Jackie Barlow was friendly, sympathetic, helpful, understanding, efficient and thoroughly professional. She showed supreme patience throughout to our myriad of questions and requests but nothing was too much trouble and she handled them all with tact and a smile in her face.

Without any hesitation I would recommend the services of Bexley Funeral Service they handled my late father's funeral in a very professional and dignified manner. Throughout they not only showed the greatest level of respect but were extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure my father's funeral was carried out in line with Hindu funeral rites.
